- Gather the necessary tools needed to install the medallion. You will need a hammer, needle nose pliers, and tape.
- Lie your hiking staff down on a towel on a flat, solid surface like a table or work bench.
- Locate the area on your hiking staff where you want to instal your medallion.
- Lay the medallion on the hiking staff and make sure you check that it's aligned.
- Take your needle nose pliers and hold one of the nails at the most narrow part of the pliers.
- Carefully use your hammer and tap the nail into place.
- Take the other nail and hammer it into the other hole
- Make sure the medallion is secure
- You're all set!
